ask all applicants to submit a link to their most recently recorded YouTube
video via the online application form. We will select a maximum of 30
participants for the Academy. Should there be more applicants than spaces
available, we will hold a preselection. All participants will be notified about
the results by e-mail, no later than two weeks after the application deadline.
The cost for active participation is 570€ (dla polskich uczestników koszt kursu to 2350 PLN) – this includes 4 lessons (2 with chosen senior professor and 2 with junior professors) and the accommodation . All classes are open to the public (free admission).
price of the accommodation is included in the course fee and each participant
will be provided with a shared double/ twin room in the wonderful hotel B&B Lodz.

masterclasses will take place daily between 10 AM and 1 PM and in the afternoon
between 3 PM and 7 PM.
Participants’ concerts will take place daily at 7.30 PM at the Concert Hall of the Grażyna and Kiejstut Bacewicz University of Music, Gdanska 32 St., 90-716 Lodz, Poland. All concerts are open to the general public (free admission).
The Gala Concert and Award Ceremony of the 2020 BISMA will take place on 7th August 2020 at 7.30 PM at the Concert Hall of the Grażyna and Kiejstut Bacewicz University of Music in Lodz, Zubardzka 2 A St., 91-032 Lodz, Poland.
International Bacewicz Prize:
the end of the week, each senior professor will nominate two students from his
class to take part in the Gala Concert where the International Bacewicz Prize
of total value 1000 EUR will be awarded to the best
participant of the 2020 BISMA Bacewicz International Summer Music Academy.
